The S71KS512SC0BHV000 packs 512 Mbit of HyperFlash non-volatile storage and 64 Mbit of HyperRAM volatile memory into a single 24-ball FBGA package (6x8 mm). It runs the parallel HyperBus interface at up to 166 MHz, which means the controller reads code from Flash and writes scratch data to RAM over the same bus without a separate DRAM chip.
