The Infineon S25FL512SAGMFMG10 is a 512 Mbit NOR Flash memory from the Automotive FL-S series, organized as 64M x 8 and accessed over a SPI Quad I/O interface at up to 133 MHz. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and is qualified to AEC-Q100, making it suitable for automotive under-hood environments, engine control units, and advanced driver-assistance systems where code shadowing or data logging demands non-volatile storage with fast random access. The 16-SOIC package (7.50 mm width) fits standard surface-mount assembly flows.
