128 Mbit non-volatile storage for firmware and data logging
The S25FL128SAGNFI001: It stores firmware images, boot code, and configuration data in embedded systems where fast random-access read and reliable non-volatile retention are required. The SPI interface supports standard, dual, and quad I/O modes, with a maximum clock frequency of 133 MHz. In quad I/O mode, the effective read throughput reaches 532 MHz equivalent, enough to support XIP (execute-in-place) on a Cortex-M or similar MCU without external RAM.
Package and board integration
The device is supplied in tube packaging, suitable for hand-assembly or low-volume reflow.
It is ROHS3 compliant (2011/65/EU + 2015/863), with no restricted substances above the threshold limits.
