Active production — 20 A half-bridge driver for AC motors
The Infineon IRSM808-204MH is an active-production µIPM™ motor driver in a 31-PowerVQFN package, rated for 20 A continuous output per channel with a 200 V maximum load voltage. Built on UMOS technology, it integrates bootstrap circuitry and UVLO fault protection, targeting inductive loads such as AC motors in appliance and light industrial drives.
130 mOhm Rds(on) and 13.5–16.5 V supply rail
A typical 130 mOhm Rds(on) keeps conduction losses low at 20 A — the junction temperature rating of 150 °C provides headroom for continuous operation in a 31-PowerVQFN with exposed thermal pad. The supply range of 13.5 V to 16.5 V matches standard 15 V gate-drive rails; the half-bridge output configuration drives two external N-channel MOSFETs per channel.
Surface-mount 31-PowerVQFN — board-fit and compliance
Housed in a 31-PowerVQFN (supplier device package 31-PQFN 8x9 mm), the part is supplied in tray format for hand-assembly or pick-and-place. ROHS3 compliant, with logic-level interface for direct MCU connection.
