The Infineon IKB15N65EH5ATMA1 is a 650 V, 30 A TrenchStop 5 IGBT in a surface-mount D²Pak (PG-TO263-3) package. This is a Trench Field Stop device with standard gate drive, rated for continuous collector current up to 30 A and pulsed current to 45 A.
