The Infineon IFX52001EJ is a single-channel high-side switch designed to drive relays and solenoids. The output is a bipolar high-side configuration with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio — the load connects between the output pin and ground. On/Off interface, non-inverting input, so a logic high turns the load on. Built-in over-temperature protection shuts the driver down if the junction exceeds its safe limit. No current-limiting or over-voltage protection is included on-chip — the designer must handle those externally if the load or supply fault conditions demand it. The part is active and ROHS3 compliant.
