Protection suite and supply range
The ICE5QSBGXUMA1: Fault protection covers current limiting, open loop, overload, over-temperature, and over-voltage — the controller handles the full set of common offline fault conditions without external supervisory circuitry. Start-up voltage is 16 V, with the Vcc supply range spanning 10 V to 27 V. Because the part has no internal switch, the external MOSFET selection drives the power stage — the 109 W rating assumes a properly sized external CoolMOS FET and flyback transformer.
Available in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) quantities. The reel option suits automated pick-and-place for production volumes; Cut Tape works for prototypes or small-batch builds.
