The CYUSB3314-88LTXC is a 4-port USB 3.0 hub controller from Cypress's HX3 series, built around an ARM Cortex-M0 core. It integrates 32 kB of ROM for program memory and 16K x 8 of RAM, with an I²C interface for configuration. Supply voltage is split across three rails: 1.14 V to 1.26 V for the core, 2.5 V to 2.7 V, and 3 V to 3.6 V for I/O and analog blocks.
ROHS3 compliant, suitable for designs requiring lead-free assembly and EU RoHS exemption management.
