PSoC 6 at 150 MHz — what the core speed buys you
The Infineon CY8C6137BZI-F54 is a PSoC 6 single-core MCU built around an ARM Cortex-M4 running at 150 MHz. The 1 MB Flash and 288K x 8 RAM support a full BLE stack plus application code. The CapSense peripheral is on-die, so a capacitive-touch interface needs no external controller. Internal oscillator means no external crystal for the core clock, saving two pins and a few cents on the BOM.
ROHS3 compliant.
