PSoC 6 at 150 MHz — what the core speed buys you
The Infineon CY8C6137BZI-F54 is a PSoC 6 single-core MCU built around an ARM Cortex-M4 running at 150 MHz. The 1 MB Flash and 288K x 8 RAM support a full BLE stack plus application code. The part carries 104 I/O, a 12-bit SAR ADC (8 channels), a 12-bit DAC, and a full set of serial interfaces: I²C, SPI, UART/USART, QSPI, LINbus, and USB. The CapSense peripheral is on-die, so a capacitive-touch interface needs no external controller. Internal oscillator means no external crystal for the core clock, saving two pins and a few cents on the BOM.
Lifecycle and supply position
The CY8C6137BZI-F54 carries an Active lifecycle status from Infineon. ROHS3 compliant. Sourced and quoted to order through independent distribution.
