The Cypress CY7C1020CV33-15ZC is a 512Kbit asynchronous SRAM organized as 32K x 16 bits, with a 15 ns access time and a parallel memory interface.
Voltage and temperature envelope
Supply range of 3V to 3.6V covers both 3.3V nominal rails and the low end of 3.0V battery-backed operation. If the board sees ambient swings outside that band, a wider-temperature SRAM in the same footprint would be needed.
The 44-TSOP II package (0.400-inch body width, 10.16 mm) is a standard footprint for 512Kbit to 4Mbit asynchronous SRAMs. Surface-mount reflow profile follows the JEDEC MSL level typical for TSOP packages. The memory interface is parallel — address and data buses are separate, no serial overhead, so the read/write cycle is deterministic and suitable for glue-logic or FPGA-attached buffer designs.
