70 ns access and write cycle — timing margin for 5 V buses

The 70 ns access time and 70 ns write cycle time set the minimum read/write pulse width the bus master must respect. For a 5 V system running at 10-12 MHz, the 70 ns window leaves enough margin for address decode and data setup without wait states, assuming the controller's output hold time is within spec. Operating temperature range is 0 °C to 70 °C (TA), which covers commercial and indoor industrial environments.
