That 45 ns access is the headline number for timing closure — it matches the write cycle time, so there is no page-mode penalty when the bus alternates reads and writes.
Temp grade and what it means on site
The 2.2 V supply is a single-cell Li-ion territory, so it fits low-voltage battery-backed designs without a regulator. The 48VFBGA package is a fine-pitch BGA — not something you swap with a soldering iron and tweezers on a customer's tailgate. If the board has a socket or a rework station, fine; otherwise budget a hot-air profile and a stencil.
