The CY22381FXC: Single-PLL clock generator with fanout distribution. Accepts LVTTL or crystal reference; delivers up to three CMOS outputs at 200 MHz max. PLL includes bypass mode. Supply range 3.135V to 3.465V — 3.3V plane only.

That puts it in office equipment, consumer electronics, networking gear in a climate-controlled rack, or any indoor PCB where ambient stays above freezing and below 70°C. Not for a motor drive cabinet, an outdoor telecom enclosure, or an engine bay. If your BOM calls for industrial temperature, this isn't the part.
