Programmable PLL clock generator — six outputs from one reference
The Cypress CY22150FZXC is a PLL-based programmable clock generator that accepts LVCMOS, LVTTL, or crystal inputs and delivers six CMOS clock outputs at up to 200 MHz. The internal phase-locked loop multiplies the reference frequency, eliminating the need for multiple oscillators on the board. A 1:6 fanout distribution buffer drives up to six loads from a single input, saving BOM cost and PCB area in networking, telecom, and consumer equipment that needs multiple synchronous clocks.
Supply range and temperature grade — fit for indoor commercial gear
Supply range is 2.375 V to 3.465 V. Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C — commercial grade only. Not rated for industrial enclosures, motor drives, or under-hood environments. If the BOM calls for -40°C operation, this part won't hold; look at the CY2305SXI-1HT which carries the industrial temperature range instead.
