2 Mbit SPI FRAM for automotive data logging
The CY15B102Q-SXE is a 2 Mbit non-volatile FRAM organized as 256K x 8, accessed over a standard SPI bus at up to 25 MHz. For an automotive ECU logging sensor data at 1 kHz, the memory never stalls the controller waiting for a write-complete flag.
AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and the under-hood thermal envelope
The FRAM cell retains data across this range with no refresh and no wear-out mechanism tied to write cycles, unlike flash where endurance drops at high junction temperature. Production status is active per the manufacturer's lifecycle record.
Board-fit and supply-rail check
The 8-SOIC package (supplier device package 8-SOIC, 5.30 mm width) uses a standard 1.27 mm pitch gull-wing footprint.
