SOT-23 common-anode Schottky pair
The BAS4006E6433HTMA1 is a dual Schottky diode array in a common-anode configuration, housed in a PG-SOT23 package. Each diode is rated for 40 V reverse voltage and 120 mA average rectified current, making it suitable for low-power rail protection, OR-ing, and high-speed switching in compact designs.
Switching speed and forward drop
The forward voltage is 1 V maximum at 40 mA, and reverse leakage is 1 µA at 30 V, both typical for a small-signal Schottky in this voltage class.
Package and board integration
Surface-mount PG-SOT23 (TO-236-3, SC-59 equivalent) footprint. The common-anode pinout ties the two anodes together, leaving the cathodes separate — useful for dual-rail steering or as a single Schottky pair with shared anode. Junction temperature limit is 150°C, so the board layout should keep the trace thermal resistance low if both diodes conduct simultaneously near the rated current.
