The Infineon 2EDL23I06PJXUMA1 is a two-channel, independent half-bridge gate driver from the EiceDriver™ family, designed to drive IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. Each channel delivers 2.3 A peak source and sink current, with a 600 V bootstrap rating for the high-side floating supply. The 48 ns rise and 37 ns fall times (typical) keep switching losses manageable in motor-drive and power-conversion stages running from a 10 V to 25 V supply rail.
