Its headline ratings are 3000Vrms isolation and a peak output current of 5.4 A sink, 9.8 A source — this asymmetric drive is designed to pull the gate down hard for fast turn-off while providing ample source current for the turn-on transition. The 8.3 ns rise and 5 ns fall times keep switching losses low in a hard-switched bridge, and the 2 ns max pulse width distortion preserves the duty cycle across the isolation barrier — critical for precise PWM in motor drives or power converters.
Where the 300 V/ns CMTI matters
