The push-pull, totem-pole output drives the reset input of an MCU or logic device directly without an external pull-up resistor. The 140ms minimum reset timeout holds the processor in reset long enough for the supply and oscillator to stabilise after a brownout or power-up event — a standard supervisory window for most 8- and 32-bit microcontrollers.

It is not qualified for automotive or extended industrial environments where -40°C to +85°C or +125°C is required. ROHS3 compliant per the lifecycle record, with no restricted-substance exemptions — no additional paperwork needed for EU or California market shipments.
