Automotive audio codec with 4 ADC / 8 DAC channels
The Analog Devices AD1938WBSTZ-RL is a General Purpose sigma-delta audio codec rated Automotive grade, delivering 24-bit resolution across 4 ADC and 8 DAC channels in a single 48-LQFP (7x7 mm) package. Typical SNR is 94 dB for both ADC and DAC paths, while dynamic range reaches 105 dB (ADC) and 106 dB (DAC).
The 4 ADC / 8 DAC channel count handles four inputs and drives eight outputs. The 105 dB / 106 dB dynamic range sets the noise floor for 24-bit audio.
