The MAX6314US31D3: The bidirectional output allows the reset signal to be shared with other devices on the same line without external OR-ing diodes — the pin drives low on a fault and can be pulled low by another supervisor or a manual reset button.
Temperature grade and operating range
The single-channel monitoring keeps the pin count low, but the trade-off is that only one voltage rail is supervised — a multi-rail system needs additional supervisors or a multi-channel part.
