Reset supervisor for low-voltage rails — 1.6 V threshold, 150 ms timeout
The MAX6466XR16+T from Maxim Integrated is a single-channel simple reset/power-on reset supervisor that monitors a 1.6 V supply rail and asserts an active-low, open-drain reset output for a minimum of 150 ms when the rail drops below threshold. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple reset signals or pull up to a different logic voltage, which is handy when the monitored rail and the reset logic run at different levels.
The 1.6 V threshold targets low-voltage cores and I/O banks. The open-drain output lets you share the reset line with other supervisors or a manual reset button without contention.
