RS-422/485 driver in 16-TSSOP
The MAX3032EEUE+T is a quad RS-422/RS-485 driver from Analog Devices, delivering 20 Mbps data rate across four driver channels with no receiver on-chip.
Supply range and signal integrity
At 20 Mbps, the driver output rise and fall times are fast enough for high-speed differential signalling but still within the slew-rate limits of standard RS-485 transceivers on the same bus. With four drivers and no receivers, this part is suited for point-to-point or multi-drop transmit-only applications where the bus is driven from a single master or a set of parallel outputs. The 16-TSSOP package (4.40 mm width) keeps the board footprint compact for dense channel cards.
