Four simultaneous SAR cores in one package

The Maxim MAX11047ECB+ packs four independent 16-bit SAR ADCs with simultaneous sampling into a 64-TQFP exposed-pad package. Each of the four converters samples its own single-ended input at 250k samples per second, driven by a shared parallel data interface. The architecture is S/H-ADC with a 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio, meaning each input has its own track-and-hold — no multiplexer skew between channels.

Analog supply is 5 V; digital supply runs from 2.7 V to 5.25 V. The reference can be internal or external.
