High-side driver with a military temperature tail
It takes a non-inverting input and floats the gate drive above the supply rail using a bootstrap architecture rated to 135 V. The part operates from a 3.5 V to 15 V supply and delivers typical rise and fall times of 90 ns and 40 ns respectively. The -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range puts this driver in the military-grade bracket.
Housed in a 10-MSOP-EP (exposed pad) package, the LTC7001MPMSE#PBF is a surface-mount device. The 0.118-inch body width (3.00 mm) fits standard MSOP-10 footprints. Supplied in Tube, not tape-and-reel, so factor that into your pick-and-place feeder setup if you are ordering production quantities.
