Four-rail supervisor in a 3x3 mm DFN
The LTC2900-1IDD#TRPBF is a four-channel multi-voltage supervisor that monitors up to four supply rails and asserts a common active-low reset when any monitored voltage falls below its threshold. The 10-WFDFN exposed pad package (3x3 mm) keeps the footprint small enough for dense mixed-voltage boards where space is tight. Sixteen selectable threshold combinations cover common core, I/O, and memory voltages, so the same part number can be reused across different rail configurations by changing the threshold-select pin strapping.
Reset timing and output topology
The open-drain output pulls low on a fault and stays asserted for a minimum of 5 ms after all rails return above threshold, providing a clean power-good signal for downstream logic or a system reset controller. Active-low reset with open-drain output allows wired-OR connection to other reset sources, simplifying the reset tree on a multi-supply board.
Industrial temperature range and package handling
The 10-DFN with exposed pad requires a thermal land on the PCB to dissipate heat from the die; the pad should be soldered to a copper plane for rated thermal performance.
