Three-rail monitoring in an 8-pin SOIC
The ADM13307-5ARZ is a three-channel multi-voltage supervisor that monitors up to three supply rails simultaneously, with a fixed 3.3 V threshold on one channel and two adjustable-threshold channels. This lets a single 8-SOIC part cover the core, I/O, and auxiliary voltages common in multi-rail designs.
Reset behaviour and output drive
Both active-high and active-low reset outputs are provided, giving the system architect flexibility to drive reset lines of different polarities without external inversion. The push-pull, totem-pole output eliminates the need for a pull-up resistor, saving one component per reset line. The reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms, which gives the downstream processor enough settling time after the last rail crosses its threshold before the reset de-asserts. This 140 ms floor is the guaranteed minimum — actual timeout may be longer, but the system must tolerate at least that window.
Temperature grade and package fit
ROHS3 compliant per the lifecycle record, with no exemption conflicts for EU-market builds.
