Signal integrity and switching timing
The ADG1611BRUZ: Channel-to-channel crosstalk is rated at -110 dB at 1 MHz, and the -3 dB bandwidth extends to 38 MHz, so the part handles audio-band and moderate-speed analog multiplexing without significant feedthrough between channels. The 60 pF source and drain off-capacitance per channel sets the AC loading on the signal path. Switching times are 156 ns turn-on and 87 ns turn-off maximum, with a charge injection of 170 pC. The 30 mOhm channel-to-channel on-resistance matching means gain errors across the four switches track closely in a uniform signal chain. Off-leakage current is a maximum 300 pA at 25°C, rising with temperature but staying in the picoamp range for most industrial temperature operation. This matters when the switch sits ahead of a high-impedance ADC input — the leakage through the off-channel does not shift the sampled voltage.
Supply flexibility and temperature range
This covers common analog rails: a single 5 V or 12 V supply, or a ±5 V split supply for bipolar signal chains.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant.
