80 MHz dual voltage feedback amplifier in 8-MSOP
The AD8032ARMZ is a dual-channel voltage feedback operational amplifier from the FastFET™ family, packaged in an 8-MSOP (3.00 mm width) surface-mount package. It delivers 80 MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 35 V/µs slew rate, making it suitable for high-speed signal conditioning in test equipment, data acquisition, and communications systems. Each channel draws 900 µA supply current, keeping the total quiescent draw under 1.8 mA for the dual — useful for multi-channel boards where thermal budget and rail capacity are tight.
Supply range and output swing
Operates from a single 2.7 V to 12 V supply or split supplies — the 2.7 V minimum lets it run from a 3 V or 3.3 V rail with headroom, while the 12 V maximum covers ±5 V or ±6 V split-rail designs. The rail-to-rail output stage swings within 15 mA of each rail, preserving dynamic range in low-voltage ADC driver stages. Input offset voltage is 1 mV typical, and input bias current is 450 nA — both moderate figures that suit DC-coupled paths where the offset can be trimmed or the signal amplitude is large enough to swamp the error.
Package, temperature grade, and lifecycle
Housed in an 8-MSOP (3.00 mm width) with a 0.65 mm pitch — the same footprint as a standard MSOP-8. The -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range covers most lab, production-floor, and outdoor enclosure environments without needing the wider automotive grade. Lifecycle status is Active per the manufacturer, with ROHS3 compliance. Supplied in tube packaging — the standard for small-quantity prototyping and low-volume production runs.
