Through-hole DO-201 package — board integration
Housed in a DO-201AA / DO-27 axial package (supplier device package DO-201), this is a through-hole component intended for wave-solder or hand-solder assembly. The axial leads allow point-to-point wiring or PCB mounting with the body standing off the board. The package is unidirectional — one channel per device, with the cathode band indicating the polarity for DC rail protection.
