What the forward drop and leakage mean for your circuit
Forward voltage is 1.08 V maximum at 5 A — this sets the conduction loss per diode at that current. At the rated 3 A average, expect lower Vf, but the 1.08 V ceiling is the figure to use for worst-case thermal budgeting. Reverse leakage is 200 µA at 150 V — typical for a 150 V Schottky. That leakage doubles with temperature; at 125 °C junction, it can exceed 1 mA, so the thermal design must account for the self-heating from reverse current in high-temperature soak conditions.
