Dual 8 A common-cathode Schottky in D²PAK
The SBLB1640CTHE3_B/I: Forward drop is specified at 550 mV max at 8 A — the typical conduction loss per diode at full load is 4.4 W, so the D²PAK tab must be soldered to a sufficient copper area to keep the junction below the 125 °C absolute maximum. Reverse leakage is 500 µA at 40 V — this is the worst-case figure at rated Vr; actual leakage at lower reverse bias is lower, but the spec matters for standby power budgets in always-powered automotive modules.
Automotive AEC-Q101 — under-hood and cabin grade
The automotive series designation means the parts are PPAP-capable and manufactured on an IATF 16949 line.
Active lifecycle — sourcing posture
Reel and cut-tape packaging options are available, with the D²PAK footprint compatible with standard reflow profiles.
