Each channel can handle up to 70 V at 50 mA on the output side, with a current transfer ratio guaranteed between 100% and 600% at a forward current of 5 mA. The input accepts both AC and DC signals, and the transistor output gives you a clean, isolated logic-level or low-side switch signal.

CTR range — what 100% to 600% at 5 mA means for your design

The 100% minimum CTR at 5 mA is the number to design around: it guarantees that with 5 mA in the LED, the phototransistor can sink at least 5 mA on the output.
