Dual op-amp in 8-SOIC, 3 MHz GBW, rail-to-rail out
The LMP2012MA/NOPB is a dual general-purpose op-amp from Texas Instruments' LMP® series, in an 8-SOIC package. It delivers 3 MHz gain-bandwidth and 4V/µs slew rate with a rail-to-rail output stage, covering the common signal-conditioning range for sensor front-ends and control loops. Supply span runs from 2.7 V to 5.25 V, so it fits both 3.3 V and 5 V rails without a separate regulator. Quiescent draw is 930 µA per device — low enough for multi-channel designs on a shared supply.
Precision input and temperature range for industrial sensing
Input offset voltage is 120 µV max, and input bias current is 3 pA typical. For a 10 kΩ source impedance, the offset error from bias is negligible — the dominant error term is the offset itself, which is trimmed to the 120 µV level without external nulling. Operating temperature spans -40°C to +125°C, covering the industrial and automotive under-hood band. The 17 mA output current per channel drives moderate loads — ADC inputs, reference buffers, or a 2 kΩ feedback network — without a separate buffer stage.
