2.8 kOhm common-mode choke for automotive signal lines
The TDK ACT45B-510-2P-TL003 is a 2-line common-mode choke from the ACT45B series, delivering 2.8 kOhms of common-mode impedance at 10 MHz to suppress conducted EMI on differential signal pairs.
AEC-Q200 qualification and 150°C operating ceiling
AEC-Q200 qualification means this choke passed the automotive-grade passive component stress tests — thermal shock, vibration, solder heat resistance, and biased humidity — making it suitable for under-hood or engine-adjacent electronics where the ambient hits 150°C. The -40°C to 150°C operating range covers the full automotive temperature grade 0 envelope, so it survives cold cranking and hot soak without derating the common-mode attenuation.
The 51 µH inductance at 100 kHz gives the low-frequency common-mode attenuation floor; the 2.8 kOhm peak at 10 MHz targets the switching noise band typical of automotive DC-DC converters and CAN/LIN bus lines.
