80 µH common-mode choke for automotive signal lines
The TDK ACT1210G-800-2P-TL05 is a 2-line common-mode choke from the ACT series, designed to filter conducted EMI on signal lines in automotive and industrial electronics. Rated at 70 mA maximum continuous current with a DCR of 2.4 Ω max, it is sized for low-current data or sensor lines where series resistance must stay within budget. Inductance is 80 µH at 100 kHz, which sets the common-mode rejection corner — below that frequency the choke's impedance drops and the filter rolls off.
AEC-Q200 qualification and temperature range
The horizontal 4-pad SMD package (3.90 x 2.50 mm footprint, 2.50 mm seated height) fits tight board layouts; the 0.098" height is low enough for stacked PCB assemblies.
