AEC-Q200 qualification and deployment environment
The ACT1210-220-2P-TL00: Rated to AEC-Q200, this filter has passed the stress tests for passive components in automotive applications — thermal shock, vibration, moisture resistance, and solder heat — so it is suited for under-hood, engine-bay, or transmission control modules where ambient temperature can reach 150°C. The -55°C to 150°C operating range covers the full automotive temperature grade 0 envelope, with margin at both ends for cold-crank and exhaust-adjacent mounting.
Signal-line common mode filtering: impedance and current rating
With 1.1 kOhm impedance at 10 MHz, this filter provides effective common-mode attenuation for conducted emissions on automotive communication buses like CAN, LIN, or FlexRay — the typical frequency range where those buses radiate. Rated at 250 mA continuous current, it suits sensor interfaces, actuator feedback lines, and low-power control signals; the 500 mOhm max DCR keeps the voltage drop under 125 mV at full rated current, preserving signal margin. The 22 µH inductance at 100 kHz supports differential-mode filtering in the same passband, complementing the common-mode choke action.
Package and board-level integration
Available in Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) options for both volume assembly and prototype runs.
