What this common mode choke does on the line
The TDK ACT1210R-101-2P-TL00 is a two-line common mode choke from the ACT series, designed to suppress conducted EMI on signal lines. It presents 100 µH of common mode inductance at 100 kHz, which attenuates common mode noise currents while passing differential signals with minimal distortion. Rated for 150 mA continuous current and 80 VDC, it fits low-power signal interfaces such as CAN bus, LIN bus, or sensor lines in automotive and industrial modules.
AEC-Q200 qualified, so this choke has passed the passive-component stress tests required for automotive electronics: thermal shock, vibration, humidity, and solder-heat resistance. The horizontal 4-pad SMD package (3.20 x 2.49 mm footprint, 2.49 mm seated height) saves board area and keeps the profile low for dense PCB layouts.
