Common-mode choke for automotive signal lines
The TDK ACT1210-510-2P-TL00 is a 2-line common-mode choke from the ACT series, designed for signal-line EMI suppression in automotive electronics. Rated at 80V DC and 200mA, it delivers 2.6 kOhms impedance at 10 MHz and 51 µH inductance at 100 kHz, with a maximum DCR of 700 mOhm.
Parametric fit for signal-line filtering
The 2.6 kOhms impedance at 10 MHz targets differential-mode noise on CAN, LIN, or sensor lines, where the choke's common-mode rejection cleans up conducted emissions without loading the signal. The 700 mOhm DCR limits the voltage drop to 140 mV at full 200 mA load — a factor in low-voltage 3.3V or 5V buses. Packaged in a horizontal 4-pad SMD footprint (3.90mm x 2.50mm x 2.50mm max), it mounts flat to the PCB, keeping the profile low for tight enclosures.
