The TS274CDT is a quad CMOS operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics, packing four independent op-amps into a single 14-SOIC package. With a 3.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product, it handles signals up into the low-MHz range before the open-loop gain starts dropping. Each of the four channels draws 1 mA from the supply rail, so the whole chip burns about 4 mA quiescent. The 1 pA input bias current is negligible for high-impedance sources like photodiode or pH probe front-ends — the offset voltage drift from bias current across a 10 MΩ source resistor is under 10 µV.
