Quad CMOS op-amp for general-purpose signal chains
The ROHM TLR344FJ-GE2 is a quad CMOS operational amplifier in a SOPJ package, offering rail-to-rail output swing and a gain-bandwidth product of 2.3 MHz.
Supply current and output drive — the BOM trade-off
At 280 µA total supply, the TLR344FJ-GE2 is a low-power quad CMOS op-amp. The 120 mA per-channel output capability is unusual for this current class.
1 pA input bias — high-impedance sensor interface
The CMOS input stage delivers 1 pA typical input bias current, which means negligible voltage error when interfacing with high-impedance sources like photodiodes, pH probes, or piezoelectric sensors. Note that the input common-mode range is not rail-to-rail — the datasheet should be checked for the exact limits, but for many single-supply applications with mid-rail biasing, this is not a limitation.
