TO-220FN — the fully isolated tab saves assembly time
The TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220FN) package has a fully molded, isolated tab. No separate insulating washer or bushing needed when bolting to a heatsink — the tab is the plastic overmold, not exposed metal. That means one fewer part to stock and one less assembly step on the line. Through-hole mounting, standard TO-220 leadframe. The common cathode is the center pin; the two anodes are the outer pins.
