Dual Schottky in a through-hole full-pack
The RBR10T60ANZC9 is a ROHM Schottky barrier diode, configured as a 1-pair common cathode in a TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220FN) through-hole package. The full-pack (isolated) TO-220FN case means the back of the package is electrically isolated — no need for a mica insulator or thermal pad against the heatsink. This simplifies mounting and reduces assembly steps in point-of-load rectification or OR-ing circuits.
Parametric fit for a 5 A rail
Rated for 5 A average rectified per diode at 60 V DC reverse voltage — this fits a 48 V bus or a 12 V output stage with headroom for transients. Reverse leakage is 200 µA at 60 V, and the junction temperature limit is 150 °C. The fast recovery speed (≤ 500 ns, > 200 mA Io) means it recovers quickly from forward to reverse bias, reducing switching losses in high-frequency rectification.
Active production — compliance and sourcing
Sourced through independent distribution channels. The through-hole TO-220FN package is widely stocked and does not carry the allocation risk of a fine-pitch SMD.
