The BU7264F-E2: The BU7264F- is a quad CMOS operational amplifier in a 14-SOP body, combining rail-to-rail output swing with a 2 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1.1 V/µs slew rate. The CMOS input stage delivers 1 pA typical input bias current and 1 mV input offset — adequate for conditioning high-impedance sensors (photodiodes, piezo films) where FET-input amplifiers are the norm.
