The BU4S81G2-TR is a single-gate 2-input AND gate from ROHM's 4S series, packaged in a 5-pin SC-74A / SOT-753 footprint.

Supply range and logic thresholds

The low-level input threshold is 1.5V to 4V and the high-level threshold is 3.5V to 11V, which means the gate reliably recognizes a 3.3V CMOS output as a logic high across the full temperature range. Output drive capability is 3.4 mA for both sourcing and sinking, sufficient to drive one or two standard CMOS loads but not heavy capacitive or LED loads directly. The propagation delay is 30 ns max at 15V with a 50 pF load, setting the practical switching speed ceiling for the logic stage.

Temperature grade and package fit
