2V fixed LDO with 70dB PSRR
The ROHM BU20TD3WG-TR is a 200mA positive fixed-output LDO regulator delivering 2V from a maximum 6V input rail. Its 70dB PSRR at 1kHz means upstream switching noise at that frequency is attenuated by a factor of ~3000 — useful for powering analog front-ends or sensor bias rails where ripple on the supply couples into the signal path.
Quiescent current and protection
Quiescent current is 60 µA typical — low enough for battery-powered equipment that spends most of its time in a light-load or sleep state. Built-in over-current and over-temperature protection guard against output shorts or excessive ambient heat; the part shuts down rather than exceeding its safe operating area. The Enable control pin lets the system pull the output to zero and drop Iq further when the regulated rail is not needed — a common requirement in power-sequenced designs.
