2.5V fixed rail — 150mA for always-on or noise-sensitive loads
The BH25PB1WHFV-TR is a fixed 2.5V output LDO from ROHM, delivering up to 150mA. The 60dB PSRR at 1kHz means it attenuates switching-regulator ripple by a factor of 1000 — a clean rail for analog front-ends or sensor bias that can't tolerate 10s of mV of noise. Quiescent current is 4 µA typical, and the maximum supply current is 40 µA — this LDO is designed for battery-backed or always-on domains where the regulator's own draw needs to stay below the microamp range.
Dropout headroom and protection — what fits on the rail
Maximum dropout is 0.6V at 150 mA load. Built-in over-current, over-temperature, and soft-start protection means the BH25PB1WHFV-TR can be used without external sequencing or a dedicated supervisor — the soft-start limits inrush into the output cap on power-up. Single positive regulator, enable pin present — the Enable pin allows the rail to be gated by a GPIO or power-good signal, cutting the 4 µA Iq to near zero when the load is off.
