Fixed 10 V rail for sensor and bias supplies
The BDJ0GA3WNUX-TR is a single-output positive LDO from ROHM, delivering a fixed 10 V at up to 300 mA. That fixed voltage makes it a direct fit for powering analog front-end rails, MEMS bias lines, or local 10 V buses where a variable-output regulator adds unnecessary BOM cost. The enable pin lets the system power-cycle the rail without a separate load switch.
Dropout and input headroom
Maximum dropout is 0.9 V at the full 300 mA load, so the input must stay above 10.9 V to maintain regulation. The 14 V input maximum accommodates a nominal 12 V bus with typical ±10 % ripple, but a 15 V rail is out of range. If your upstream supply sits at 12 V and you need margin for transients, the 14 V ceiling is a hard limit — no derating headroom above that.
Protection and thermal envelope
Over-current and over-temperature protection are built in, plus a soft-start ramp that limits inrush into capacitive loads. The operating temperature range is -25 °C to 85 °C — fine for indoor industrial or telecom gear, but not rated for automotive under-hood or extended outdoor enclosures where -40 °C is common. The quiescent supply current maxes at 900 µA, so it's not a micropower LDO, but acceptable for always-on bias rails in equipment that isn't battery-operated.
Package and footprint reality
The 0.50 mm pitch means a 4-layer board isn't mandatory, but the pad geometry and via pattern under the package should follow ROHM's layout recommendation to keep junction temperature within limits at 300 mA.
Lifecycle and supply position
It is ROHS3 compliant.
