Fixed 7V rail with 1A continuous output
The BD70GC0MEFJ-ME2 is a single-output positive linear regulator from ROHM, part of the Automotive AEC-Q100 series. It delivers a fixed 7V output at up to 1A continuous current from a maximum input of 14V. Quiescent current is 6 µA typical, rising to a maximum supply current of 1.2 mA.

The enable pin allows the regulator to be shut down externally, pulling the quiescent current to near zero when the rail is not needed.
Protection and compliance
On-chip protection includes over-current, over-temperature, and soft-start — the soft-start limits inrush current into the output capacitor during power-up, reducing stress on the upstream supply. The part is ROHS3 compliant and carries the AEC-Q100 automotive qualification.
