Fully integrated BLDC driver with half-bridge output
The ROHM BD6995FV-GE2 is a fully integrated motor driver that combines control logic and power stage in a single 16-LSSOP package. It drives brushless DC (BLDC) motors and bipolar steppers using a PWM interface, with two half-bridge outputs rated for 1.2 A continuous.
Operating from 4.3 V to 17 V, the driver covers standard 5 V and 12 V rails used in fan, pump, and small appliance motors. The -40°C to 105°C ambient range suits industrial enclosures and automotive cabin zones where the PCB sees elevated temperatures but not under-hood extremes.
Bi-CMOS technology and surface-mount footprint
Built on Bi-CMOS process, the device balances bipolar drive strength with CMOS logic density, keeping quiescent draw low in the idle state. The 16-LSSOP (4.40 mm width) body with 0.65 mm pitch is a hand-solderable footprint that also runs through standard reflow profiles. Supplier device package is 16-SSOP-B.
